TOOL FOR RAILWAY VEHICLES
FREN.IT is designed to test the working condition of railway vehicles’ brake system.
The device is composed of:
• A central unit that simulates the behaviour of a locomotive.
• Two wireless terminals to record pressure through the system and transmit data to the central unit.
• A tablet to control the device and monitor the tests in real time.
• Dedicated administrative software to remotely manage the device and review test results.

OPERATION
VEHICLE SELECTION
The operator will select a vehicle from the database as managed by the administrator, helping to reduce common mistakes.
TEST SELECTION
An additional check will only allow testing on vehicles suitably configured for the selected normative. FREN.it supports UIC, VPI, TRENITALIA.
TEST EXECUTION
The UI displays the progress of the current test clearly and in real time.

TEST RESULTS
On the tablet on site or back at the office, the recap provides a detailed picture of the brake system’s efficiency and its adherence to the requirements of the selected normative.
At the end of a testing session, a clearly marked report is produced.
