State of the Art
The laying of cables beyond the electrical traction poles, so for electrical cables such as those for signaling (fiber optics, telephone line, and the like) we proceed with manual and/or partially automated solutions with the help of machines not designed for such purposes such as ordinary telescopic cranes.
Issues
- Placement of cables next to the railway line beyond the retaining piles and thus necessarily beyond the railway embankment.
- Difficult implementation of automatisms for the laying operation.
- Difficulty in making the stepping over poles along the line automatic.
- Currently, cables and their conductors are pulled by hand at critical points leading to damage to them.
- An alternative used is to support the coil by means of a crane, which rests the coil on the ground, overcomes the obstacle and then lifts it up again. Extremely inefficient operation.
Innovative solution
Thus, the technical task of the present invention appears to be to make available an unwinding device that is capable of overcoming the drawbacks that have arisen in the known art and to:
- Limit the operators’ manual dexterity to only the phase of reel loading and reel replacement at the end of the cable skein.
- Efficiency of laying time therefore leading to cost reduction.
Caratteristiche tecniche
Il dispositivo svolgibobine comprende:
- due tralicci mobili accoppiati comprende e due bracci di aggraffaggio per ciascun traliccio mobile.
- mezzi di movimentazione configurati per muovere detto traliccio mobile tra una prima configurazione, in cui il traliccio mobile è contenuto entro il volume di contenimento del traliccio scatolato principale, ed una seconda configurazione in cui il traliccio mobile è lateralmente estratto, rispetto ad una direzione di marcia principale del traliccio scatolato principale coincidente con una direzione di marcia del mezzo ferroviario, dal volume di contenimento del traliccio scatolato principale.
- uno solo o entrambi i tralicci mobili sono estraibili nella seconda 5 configurazione, i mezzi di movimentazione sono configurati per muovere il traliccio mobile perpendicolarmente al binario, a destra o a sinistra del mezzo ferroviario.
